Play Boosters are built for drafting and everyday opening. Collector Boosters cost more per pack and focus on foils, alternate art and special treatments. If you want to play, buy Play Boosters; if you want shiny chase cards, Collector Boosters.
Bundles
A Bundle (the old "Fat Pack") includes a handful of packs, basic lands, a spindown die and a storage box. It's an easy gift.
